Lisa and Helen have worked with me over the span of a year to help me buy my future wife's dream wedding ring and she couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. They also helped me restore / recreate my dads old wedding ring and turn it into a perfect wedding band for myself. The customer service is outstanding and they truly care about making you happy. It never feels like they are trying to sell you anything they just want to provide you with expert advice and help you craft the jewelry you will love for a lifetime. Couldn't be happier with Trice!

My fiancé and I began looking at rings in early 2023. We shopped around some and ended up at Trice as our last stop of the day. We were helped by Vern and he made us feel very comfortable while answering all of our questions. While in the store, we both had a positive experience. A few months later, I contacted Vern to inquire about designing her ring. He got back to me immediately, asked a few questions, and within a few days he had sent me a perfect design. Within a few short weeks the ring was ready to go and in my possession. Can’t say enough good things about our experience at Trice! I was, admittedly, very intimidated by all of this as I know nothing about getting engaged nor about jewelry, and Vern really helped mitigate this anxiety. My fiancé and I are extremely happy with the ring and it’s all thanks to them! Can’t recommend them enough!

Worked with Helen (mostly) and Lisa. Walked in with a old sapphire and diamond ring I bough on line many years ago. Love the stones but was not completely in love with the setting. I showed them my sketch (Picture #1) and inspiration photos. Picture #2 and 3 are of my new, beautiful ring which I absolutely Love!!!!! Helen and Lisa were great to work with and were patient with me on some of changes I made along the way. I didn't want it to look like an engagement ring, I already have that! I took my wife shopping for a gift, she wasn't sure what she wanted. Kevin helped us look at earrings, rings and even some loose stones. He was very nice and she found the ring she wanted. When we picked them up the size was just a bit off and they fixed it within 20 minutes. I love supporting locally owned and my wife is very happy. Thanks Trice.

Us single girls need to treat ourselves to beautiful things once in a while, and Trice is a great place to do that. I have lived in Denver my whole life, and I had never been into Trice Jewelers until last week. I remember when they were located in University Hills, but that was when I was a kid/teen. Last week, I wanted to take a look at their opal jewelry selection, which wasn't much, but I don't think it's an in-demand gemstone that people are falling over themselves to get their hands on, and the salesperson, Helen, gave me a website to look at for some opal pieces that I could custom order through them, which I plan to do. That being said, Helen led me over to the sterling silver section and showed me one of the most unique rings I've ever seen. I bought it. Cuz I loved it. I picked it up today after having it resized. And I adore it. Overall, the experience was great. Helen is fun and amazing, the store is beautiful and the service is just perfect. Plus, they're a Colorado institution - they've been a part of the Denver community forever, so I would rather shop here than a chain jeweler any day.
